
Purposes and Characteristics
This tension machine is a kind of large and high efficiency power construction machinery; it has high allocation of overall performance, ample power reserve, high delivery speed and wide use. Itâs mainly used for delivery of all kinds of wire, optical cable and traction rope. It could meet tension delivery of wires like double Spacer LGJ-630 or below in mountain or upland, optical cables like OPGW or AESS in all kinds of terrain as well as tension delivery and counter-stretching of wires like 500 KV traction rope in all kinds of terrain. Two machines could meet tension delivery of wires like Four Spacer LGJ-720 or below in plain.

Transmission System
With closed double-loop hydraulic transmission system and planet decelerator, tension wheel is driven by primary gear. With inversion, the magnitude of reverse traction force is led by exit pressure of pump. In tension condition, hydraulic motor rotation is driven by the tension wheel; the magnitude of tension is controlled by regulating the motor exit pressure.
